Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation:
Sessions can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the appointment.
Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.

2. Rescheduling:
No Rescheduling Allowed
Last-minute reschedules (<12 hours) count as cancellation.

3. No-Show:
If the client doesn’t join the session, no refund will be provided.

4. Refunds:
Refunds only if counsellor cancels, or payment is deducted but booking not confirmed.
Refunds processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

5. Packages:
Multi-session packages are non-refundable once started.
