Clients must maintain respectful behaviour during sessions.
Any misuse, harassment, or inappropriate behaviour may lead to service termination without refund.

5. Technical Requirements:
Clients are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and a working device.

6. Payments:
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
Fees may change anytime without prior notice.

7. Disclaimer:
Results from counselling may vary for each individual.
The counsellor is not liable for decisions made by the client after sessions.
